This course guide is designed to support and expand upon Forefront's workshop, Creating a Theory of Change. The guide includes resources to support your interest in a theory of change for your organization.
A working theory of change is key to all of the skills taught in Forefront’s nonprofit management workshops. This session will introduce the theory of change framework. You’ll leave with an understanding of how a clear theory of change can serve as the foundation of successful evaluation, fundraising, communications, and budgeting, as well as the tools necessary to create a theory of change for your organization or program.
